SOG Ace Fixed Blade 18

SOG Ace. An excellent, versatile, lightweight tool/knife ideal for camping, hiking, and basic bushcraft. Also has a tactical edge and feel at a very budget friendly price. The blade is 3.8-inches, 8Cr13MoV stainless steel clip-point blade. Good workhorse really. You get good grip from the textured rubber (TPE) handle with finger grips. Good in the wet and with heavy use, fairplay. It comes with a pretty decent plastic sheath with belt clip(does the job) and has a cut out where the blade can be used to cut cord or wire etc. All in all its a great value knife from a great American company like SOG. Ideal to use or have in a collection Very pleased

I really like this knife. It takes a good edge, feels really good in the hand and the sheath is decent. I use it to clean rabbits, it does a good job and it's easy to get the muck off afterwards.

Great bit of kit, looks really good, feels excellent in the hand, I have been kicking absolute f**k out of this since I got it, handles pretty much all you can throw at it in a bushcraft environment and also for general jobs around the home. Paid an amazing price for such a well designed piece of steel. Heinnie Haynes had it to my door in less than 48 hours. Top notch HH again! I love this company!

A lot of knife for the money,well made & chunky for a small knife,the sheath is well made & works but feels light in comparison to the knife,an after market nylon sheath would balance it out.

This is a good solid design from SOG. Strongly constructed, lightweight and has good ergonomics. Blade holds an edge well and it has a decent sheath. Hangs well on a belt or on molle straps on a pack. You are getting a lot of knife for very little money, this is cheaper than quite a few MORAs and in all honesty much better. Solid stuff.
