The Rough Rider Tobacco Road Bow Trapper features classic penknife styling and top quality manufacture. There are two blades; one clip and one spey both of which have a cutting edge under three inches long and non-locking making the knife legal to carry within the UK. As well as being extremely practical it looks pretty good too. The handle is made from bone with a bone and copper inlay. This contrast beautifully with the nickel silver bolsters.

It looks great both blades are air splittingly sharp though the clip point as a slight side to side wobble nothing drastic it does not effect the function . Great for gripping I am happy with it . H H always top firm to deal with and delivery is warp speed.
Truly outstanding knife, and not just for the price. Really hefty and solid. The scales look amazing. Beautifully finished blade. This really comes across as a quality product.
Beautifully made, at an outstanding price.....very pleased.....
First off , great service from HH. Great value budget knife. Love the brass pin work. Sharp out the box and centred. No complaints... Great to do business with Heinnie Haynes.
This is a truely beautiful knife to look at and hold. The bone scales with the tobacco leaf jigging is fantastic. It is smooth enough to be a pleasure to hold but also gives a hint of grip on the handle. The two blades are a perfect size for general use. The blades move with just the right amount of friction and the half stops are superb. The etching on the clip point blade is nicely understated and the bolsters are in proportion to the rest of the knife. It is a chunky knife that will stand up to substantial work and both blades were well sharp out of the box. There are some slight niggles: there is substantial gapping between the spey blade back spring and liner but this does not appear to affect the use. Also both blades are slightly off-centre when closed. These faults are not enough to detract from the overall beauty of this wonderful knife. Delivered with the usual impeccable service of the HH team.
Really nice knife. Only one problem was that it was not sharp at all. All my other Rough Riders came shaving sharp ( I have about a dozen )so just one that slipped through I guess. Hence the 4 stars. Service from Heinnie Haynes was the usual excellence. All in all a great knife after a few minutes on a belt sander..
Let's keep it short. The best knife I've ever bought for £22.95 Period.
Absolutely fantastic knife for the price, great quality and very sharp out the box, you will not be disappointed
