The Mora Eldris has landed, and Mora have not disappointed in any way. The Mora Eldris is a small fixed blade that can be carried as a neck knife, and is no bigger than your average pocket knife.
It has been superbly designed with great materials. Boasting 12C27 Swedish Steel with a Scandi grind and ergonomic TPE rubber handles.
Moving on from the bulk of the knife we can now look at some of the smaller details which have made this knife so widely anticipated . . . Firstly, the spine of the blade has been ground top make it highly effective when used with a fire starter. Secondly, the blade has also been designed as a precision instrument. Those tasks which require a high degree of control are now easily accomplished. The Polypropylene sheath has also been really well designed with the knife clicking securely into place, very useful if you plan on carrying this as a neck knife.
Overall, the Mora Eldris may be a small knife in terms of stature but it is far from that in terms of potential uses and functionality!

Great little knife, I use it for fire making. It feathersticks, it scrapes shavings, it strikes a ferro rod, it can even do some food prep in a pinch. My favourite knife.
Handy little fixed blade. Fairly sharp out of the box but better after a strop.
A great little knife that can be worn around the neck for easy access and practical work. Highly recommended!
