It's shape falls somewhere between chefs knife and a kitchen utility knife - and the superb finish to the blade ensures its plenty sharp enough to tackle all kitchen tasks. Thanks to the practical sheath and clip, it's also perfect for carrying in your pocket or on your belt for outdoor use.
The Little Kitchen Snack comes with a special inverted detent lock, the blade locks into a device in the handle and can be operated in a similar way to a slipjoint. The knife has an elegant handle with a lanyard hole at the end of the handle. The backspacer is made of black G10 with stainless steel liners.
