Description

Step into the rugged world of the Midgards Messer Kattegat Folder – a strictly limited edition knife for true enthusiasts of modern knife design. Limited to just 300 pieces worldwide, the Kattegat Folder features a 10.5cm leaf-shaped blade crafted from high-performance CPM-D2 steel, with a robust 4mm thickness that is almost delicate by Midgards Messer standards.

Its unique design is inspired by the curves of Viking ships on the North Sea, blending heritage with cutting-edge technology for an exceptional cutting experience.

The handle is made from titanium with carbon fibre inlays, and is both outstandingly durable and lightweight. A precision-milled titanium pocket clip and spacer enhance its functionality, and the signature Midgards Messer safety bolt allows the knife to be reinforced in the locked open position.

    Absolutely stunning

Posted by Heath Gordon on 22nd May 2025

I've been collecting swords, knives and all things pointy this is my first Midgards-Messer the sheer size of their usual knives always put me off but the Kateggat is much more 'usable' the blade of CPM D2 is beautiful as is the titanium and carbon fibre handle there are no sharp edges (apart from the important one) excellent ergonomics and pure quality on the fit and finish, definitely a great addition to my collection plus there's only 300 of them,as always a big thanks to all of the team at H.H
