    KUBEY MONSTERDOG FOLDING KNIFE

Posted by Gerwyn Weaver on 3rd May 2024

If you’re looking for a nice hand filling knife with a good solid blade then this might well be the one. The workmanship is great fit and finish is like wise . The blade grind is very well done and the edge will not disappoint it comes lovely and sharp SOTB. The knife is very comfortable in hand and has no hot spots that I could cry about. This i definitely a easy to recommend EDC piece it really does feel like a £100-£130 knife in hand ??

    Monsterdog by name!

Posted by Ciaran H on 22nd Nov 2023

Took the plunge on the Kubey brand out of curiosity, I’m genuinely surprised by the quality. This has a decent blade stock, nice gimping in a practical place and it feels sturdy enough to take a beating. Lock up is just fine, Pocket clip is deep carry and it works. 14c28n is nice in the black washed finish. Good all round, useable piece. Action is pretty nice too. I picked the jade g10, it’s actually alright - wish it was currently available at HH in g10/satin. I think Kubey has it right - decent fit, finish and materials at a sensible price. Bang on service from HH as always.
