The Joker Navaja is a folding mushroom knife from renowned Spanish knife manufacturer Joker.
"Navaja" (nawacha) is derived from the Latin "Novacula" and simply means razor, which evolved to its current form in the 17th century. Characterised by the distinctive wharncliffe blade shape, this mushroom knife is a specialised pocket knife to cleanly slice mushroom stems, with a boar bristle brush on the alternate end to spot clean mushrooms before storing them. The handle is a traditional olive wood giving it a timeless but practical finish.
