The Fox Tokala is a proper survival knife, strongly built and inspried by an indigenous American tribe that needed to hunt and fish in order to survive.
The Tokala and recalls the spirit of the fox in a native American language, an animal that holds the meaning of invisibility and the ability to see into the future, so much so that legends say she was the one who gave humans the knowledge of fire.
Designed by Reichart Markus, the full tang knife is finished in Maniago, Italy, to exacting standards. The Niolox stainless steel will hold a keen edge. Finished with a distressed black balde coating, this knife could easily become a firm favourite. It feels heavy and robust in the hand. A substantial set of jimping fits well under the thumb, giving control where it's needed.
The brown "Bison" micarta shandle scales are held in place with silver steel fasteners. Micarta delveops a patina with use, taking on the characteristics of the user, becoming an extension of their arm.
Finished with twin lined lanyard holes at the pommel, this knife is supplied with a moulded leather belt sheath. The two belt loops are fixed with bolts, so can be positioned to best suit each individual user.
