Ok….wow!
Have been looking at FOX for a while, saw the Black Fox Golem, but just have enough d2 lol ! To say it’s good, would be an understatement, I have already put this through it’s paces, batoning solid oak, no chips or rolls. Makes good feathers, awesome balance, and I like the rubber handle although I can see it not fitting everyone’s needs. This fits a hole in my tool bag, I wanted an all round 6-7 inch do it all, and I’m not a huge tracker fan. The recurve is just enough to work and yet still sharpen easy, the coating came a little rough but is smoothing with every use, can’t see it wearing off too quick. Only neg if there is one at this price, the final edge is about saw toothy, but a good strop sorted that out. Honestly seriously impressed with the steel coming out of Maniago as this isn’t my only recent addition! As ever HH usual fast service.
