Fallkniven u1 folding knife
So after having my previous carry knife confiscated by officers my fault I forgot to remove from my pocket , prior to going through customs I decided I needed a Uk legal every day knife . After going through Hennies on line , I settled on the Fallkniven , I’ve got a fixed blade knife from them the quality and steel is excellent , I like the white ivory scales (not real) but beautiful and the steel used is world class in the blade , Its pretty small but somehow fits the hand well, easy to open two handed, you don’t need nails as the blade is protruding enough to pull open and the spring lock is powerfull to keep it from closing , it’s not a lock knife, but very safe. It’s sharp out of the box , well packaged , and light in the pocket, it comes with a carry pouch that fits on a belt vertically and horizontally, but I found with a thicker leather belt the knife is almost impossible to get out as it’s all a bit tight . It’s expensive really but if like me you want quality and plan on keeping it and using it every day then it’s worth it, there’s cheaper options but , I want a knife that looks good is of the best quality stays razor sharp and becomes part of you . I slip it in my pocket it’s unobtrusive. Would I recommend yes , it’s old school . An every day pen knife .
