Top drawer all round knife
I got the smaller Taiga TH2 which, whilst small, is strong and capable enough for most tasks. Loved it so much I decided to get its bigger Taiga brother as a set. The TF2 is also flawless, except that the sheath does rattle a little even though it is the sheath with the lock. I think this is because the knife is heavier and the lock is not strong enough to stop longwise movement. This is a small issue for me. The knife itself is beautiful. The longer length, thicker stock and different blade profile clearly extends the range but the size and weight are not excessive and so do not lose the flexibility you get with smaller knives. I am very happy having the set as a collection of two beautiful high end knives. For use I would say you do need both because of the overlap in capability. Whichever one you go for these are both in my view the best models in the Fallkniven range in terms of high end value.
