Bought new one and the grind on the blade is so asymmetric it looks like it was done by a blind cobbler. The whole blade looks awful. Can't bring myself to carry it, I'd be embarrassed to be caught out with it.

Bought this as a kind of nostalgia exersise after doing a refurb on a workmates 110. To say I'm surprised would be a huge understatement. What a well put together knife; ok it weighs about as much as an anchor but that only makes it feel unbreakable. After a quick session on my Worksharp it is without question the sharpest knife I've ever owned (I have around 50 mostly folders)to the point I'm a bit more careful with it than most other knives. Quite literally razor sharp and holds a great edge with just a daily strop with gunny juice on leather. It now sits on my belt everyday at work and can't see much replacing it for a good while yet. Wish I'd got one decades ago but like many I was lured by promises of super steels and the like. No problem, I love all my knives but this just feels a bit better (if you don't mind the heft?). Lightening fast delivery again from HH also. Enough of my rambling, just buy one you will not be sorry!
