The Boker Plus XS has been one of the most popular UK carry folders of recent times. The substantial, sub three inch, non-locking blade has a great deal of resistance in the slip joint mechanism making it a superb choice for your everyday carry, using knife.

This little beauty has now had the Heinnie® treatment to add to its appeal. Exclusive to us and with a unique serial number* on the back of the blade this is a cracking addtion to your beloved Heinnie® collection and a superbly practical knife to boot.

The handle is, of course, red G10 and the blade is made using 9Cr13CoMoV stainless steel and it's razor sharp out of the box. Dual thumb studs make it left hand friendly and a firm pocket clip enables ease of carry.

* Sadly we're not able to select a specific serial number for you - the knives are factory-sealed into their boxes.

    Boker XS

Posted by Ian Harris on 20th Sep 2021

This knife is the best EDC I have owned. I have purchased a fair few from HH over the years. Mostly as presents. A little tip for owners of this knife keep the spring oiled and it will last for ages!

    Decent

It’s a wider knife than I’m used to but I’m finding it alright so far. The “Heinnie Edition” if I’m correct is just a 3D printed handle, which was 0.5mm off on one side causing the thumb grip to hit the handle and cause a black mark. Talking about thumb grips, they were supposed to be removable, in the box comes and Allen key but the grips aren’t removable.

I like Boker Plus, and Heinnie Haynes of course!

Posted by Graham on 24th Jul 2021

I've a few Boker Plus knives, all purchased from Heinnie Haynes. As usual, it's difficult to find a way to say something new about the quality of service or the speed of delivery from them. Ordered very late, 2300hrs, Thursday, delivered Saturday. Order complete, well packed, free from damage and they told me it was on its way. Thank you and well done - again. Onto the knife, I've three Boker Plus XS knives and I carry one every day. They are good quality, have survived me abusing them and keep an edge well. The Heiinie special just feels a little different. The back spring doesn't have the same tension and, when measured against my older ones, it seems to close a good bit easier, it doesn't feel just as safe. I may be completely wrong, I hope I am but, only time will tell. The pocket clip, the overall finish, the edge as standard and everything else feel exactly the same and I like that. No complaints there. My only grumble and I should have noticed it from the photographs is that there is no jumping on the back of the blade. On the other models I own, they almost encourage you to place your index finger in the chill and your thumb on the jumping and, when you do, it feels very secure despite being non locking. It just feels different, not as secure, without the jumping. Other people may well disagree with me but, having the others as a direct comparison just makes it feel that way to me. In no way does it make this a bad knife or something I would not recommend to other buyers, it is simply my thoughts. Again, Heinnie, great service.

Great little knife. Ideal for the purpose I chose it. Very robust, tackles just about anything so far. The handle adds confidence. Simply, a great all rounder.

    Boker Plus XS Heinnie® Edition

Posted by Phil on 1st Jul 2021

A bit dissapointed with it, the spring seems very weak to me, it has a half stop but not very noticable. Maybe I just have a bad one. It's a nice shape and fits the hand well with a nice wide blade which will get use as an EDC

    Boker Plus HH edition

Posted by singleagain on 30th Jun 2021

I have owned a Boker Plus XS for several years (actually more than one, having had two replaced after the back springs broke – thanks HH). Hopefully that issue is now resolved? So I thought it would be good to have the HH version of the knife. Although it looks very similar to the original there are a number of differences, other than the red G10 of course. For a start, the blade steel is different, the original being 440C and the new one being 9Cr13CoMoV. But for me, the biggest difference is the lack of gimping on the spine of the new knife. I always liked this on the original version so I was a little disappointed that the HH version has a plain spine. But still a great UK legal EDC

    Boker Plus XS Heinnie Edition

Posted by Gordi Crawford on 30th Jun 2021

Although I already own a Boker Plus XS, when I saw the Heinnie Edition I had to have it. The XS is a great EDC carry knife, it’s easy to open one handed using the thumb studs, a nice firm slip joint and a blade of 67mm so it’s UK legal carry. The drop point blade holds its edge very well and the extended ricasso has a forefinger groove that aids control. With the Heinnie Edition you get their signature Red G10 scales that give a comfortable and secure grip. Overall I can’t fault this knife and given its a limited edition it wouldn’t surprise me to see it sell out fast, throughly recommend it and if it’s no longer available there is always the standard Boker Plus XS
