Boker Plus Celos G10 Folding Knife 18

I bought the black one of these last week. I opened it… and was immediately disappointed. The blade was clunky to open, grinding on the scales. The screws holding the removable pocket clip in are totally threaded, so it’s not removable. I’m not happy about that. However, it’s ended up in my pocket everyday. The scales are lovely, and since backing off the pivot a bit it now opens smoothly. The blade needed honing but it’s perfectly serviceable now - and I especially appreciate the ambidextrous opening (being a southpaw). Size wise it’s ideal. Think “mid size Victorinox blade” but without the faff of the other tools you never use - an added bonus for not giving out “ooh scary knife you must be a bad man” vibes. Overall, for the price, it’s fine. Charmingly useful, let down by the fit and finish you only get if you mortgage your kids now. Remember when life wasn’t measured hundreds of pounds at a time?

Great quality for the price, an even grind, well centered. No issues. A nice gentleman’s folder. What did raise an eyebrow was the size. I like a smaller pocket knife, this is just a bit too small.

Nice simple little knife. Feels smaller in the hand than anticipated and very light. Came with a good edge, seems up to the job. Reminds me of penknives I used to have as a kid. Would be okay for day-to-day stuff, opening the mail & boxes etc. sharpening pencils, cutting string, but I wouldn’t expect any more than that of it. If I’m honest, I think it’s a bit overpriced for what it is, but it is kinda cute. Not a bad knife though.

This is a quality crafted pocket knife, excellently made with a clip to keep in safely in your pocket. The legal blade is made of high quality steel, which keeps its edge well. Please remember this is a pocket knife intended for cutting. If you want a knife to undo screws, lever open tins or use as a hammer, buy yourself a Leatherman. This is an excellent pocket knife meant for cutting.

Bought as a daily alternative to my HH edition Tech Tool 1. It does make a good little EDC; would benefit from a lanyard for better hold. TBH just makes me appreciate what fantastic value for money the Tech Tool 1 is at 1/2 the price. Sorry Celos your just OK.

The jade is lovely and very unusual, great price for a small Uk friendly (better to go smaller to be safer I think) think the wife has taken a shine so might be a excuse to buy the black or even Ti if I can get away with it.

Excellent small knife that fits to my keys and the jade really looks the part. Uk carry so fear not but rest assured you have a quality knife on you for the hundreds of times a day you needed one, great service on the phone and speedy delivery - thank you
