The Boker Boxer EDC by Raphaël Durand combines state-of-the-art materials with a flat, self-supporting construction without liner and bolster.
As a lightweight slipjoint pocket knife it is up to any task in everyday use. It is equipped with a stonewash blade made of Böhler powder metallurgical M390, which is equipped with a generous ricasso and a 90° stop. The modern high-performance steel with the highest wear resistance is ice-hardened to 61 HRC.
The decorative brass rivets form a colourful contrast to the three-dimensionally milled and pleasantly contoured handle scales made of brown jute micarta. The lanyard hole is reinforced with a brass bush.
Handmade in the Boker Knife Manufacture Solingen.

I have the black micarta version. Very pleased. Lovely fit and finish and sharp as anything out of the box. Interestingly the balance point if much further back than one might expect from a knife with no bolsters or liners which can only be due to the weight of the spring down where the handle curls. It sits easily in the hand and was comfortable after a good 40 minutes almost continuous outdoor use cutting green willow withies . The blade finish is described as "satin" and despite the way it looks it is very smooth to the touch. The blade finish obscures what looks to me like a Lanny's Clip profile. Usual HH exemplary service which I try not to takee for granted.
