I bought one of these in the Lofoten Islands (on this occasion, not making use of HH second-to-none service). I had no idea it was a "floral" knife. It is a very nice sheepsfoot blade, sharp as anything, with a slightly long handle. Great little knife to have in your desk drawer.
Bought both red and black handled versions, both had slight burrs on the (chisel ground) blades out of the packet, very unusual for a Victorinox, but nothing a quick hone and strop couldn't sort out easily. Now proper little slicers, light and easy to carry, with nice long handles. Usual Heinnie five star service!
