Description

Twisted Assisted are a dedicated EDC specialist. They design & collaborate with established knife manufacturers to bring exclusive UK legal knives & gear to the market. They utilise a U.K. based talent pool, whose resources are drawn upon to make unique, collectable and practical EDC gear. Their goal is to bring a wealth of variety to the UK EDC community.

The Twisted Assisted Atlas folding knife takes inspiration from the mythological Titan who carried the heavens on his shoulders. Just as Atlas symbolizes strength and endurance, the Atlas knife represents the pinnacle of reliability and craftsmanship in your EDC collection.

The Atlas features a non-locking blade under 7.6cm (3"), making it legal for everyday carry in the UK, subject to the owner’s discretion.

It boasts a Sandvik 14c28n stainless steel blade with a stonewashed finish, offering ambidextrous thumb studs for versatile use and a unique drop-point-like profile. The handle is slightly oversized giving a firm and comfortable feel in hand, and the G10 handle is available in 4 distinct colours. Complete with a robust and reversible pocket clip for secure carry whether you're right or left handed.

The Atlas is a limited run knife and comes in a simple but unique box adorned with distinctly Twisted Assisted Atlas artwork.

    Sleek and well made

Posted by May on 5th Feb 2026

Got this for Christmas, I am a fan of most Twisted Assisted products, and this is no exception, it's a really nicely made smart little pocket knife, sturdy enough for some light duty bush-craft tasks and makes short work of difficult to open packaging

    Twisted Assisted Atlas OD Green

Posted by Davey on 9th Jan 2026

My lovely wife surprised me yet again with another cracking knife on Christmas morning. I had not looked at any knives for a while purely due to pricing and the very misleading trend for ever increasing so called super steels. If I was a soldier who's life depended on a knife then maybe I would go for something very strong and hard but most of us are just arm chair warriors who only have our dreams. Rant over let's get back to the Atlas.good size good blade steel great build quality. I've carried it every day since Christmas and it has ably completed every task I've asked of it. No I have not taken it apart or measured the blade centering with a micrometer. With owning well over two hundred knives costing from £500 down to £20 I believe I am quite capable of saying this is a very good knife. So why only four stars ? It is just a little bit heavy, love the shape good price point and will sit in my pocket and definitely have earned its place in my "friendly" knife rotation.

Nice legal carry, just not for me

Posted by John knights on 22nd Dec 2025

I have been on a quest for the perfect UK legal EDC, my Spyderco ukpk keeps clipping itself to seatbelts and getting mislaid, my Boker has too much blade play, my kizer zipslip needed a bigger thumbstud for my pudgy fingers, this has the correct sized thumbstud, the action is a little too "stiff" but getting better, and the pocket clip is too tight meaning I can't pull it of my pocket, again this may break in . The knife is beautifully put together, I did fiddle with with some of the screws , which weren't very tight from the factory. It's definitely a keeper but it won't be my first choice EDC just yet.

    Mixed Feelings About This One

Posted by Rob on 5th Dec 2025

I'd read good reviews on this, but I was somewhat underwhelmed. Good points: UK legal carry, like the stonewash, the filler tab does enhance the overall product. I can see the philosophy of this knife, I think it's had some thought put in to make the most "proper" knife possible whilst working within the restrictions of what is UK carry legal and that is appreciated. Bad points: Thumbscrews just fall off (no threadlocker), slip joint spring is weak yet somehow also prevents one-handed opening (therefore the thumbstuds are kinda pointless), and the proportions of blade-to-handle are a bit unbalanced but I understand that is due to keeping the blade length under the limit whilst also trying to offer an adult-sized handle so can forgive this. Overall, at black friday pricing it was an okay buy but it's not a knife I look forward to opening and using due to the lack of one-handed opening whilst simultaneously having a weak spring - this is an achievement in itself. Hasn't turned into the EDC I'd expected and have ordered something else.
