Smaller than expected, build quality issue, but still good

This arrived surprisingly quickly. It is smaller than I expected - shorter than a standard BIC pen but still usable. The knife and tool do not lock but seem safe enough when open. Mine has a smaller problem in that the blades of the tweezers are very slightly misaligned, so the clip which locked into the ends does not feel safe. I would not trust it to hold the tool securely and I would not put any lanyard on it. The main unit feels like it will always drop off with the slightest pull pressure. Because the tweezer arms are misaligned, the clip does not lock securely into the two slots, so one-half of the clip is always unclipped.
