Toor Ravyth S
I wanted a Toor and the choice for me came down to this vs the Toor Shifter S. This is still a diminutive fixed blade and could just about be carried as a neck knife. Blade length is comparable to a PM2, handle is about 1 cm shorter than the PM2. The only other small fixie I have that is comparable would be the Fallkniven Kolt; the blade on the Toor is maybe 5 or 6mm longer. CPM M4 has proven to be excellent in the past, this doesn't detail the steel on the blade but Toors own website states that this is M4. (I've noticed the occasional error in Hennie descriptions, so tend to check). Despite it's scale it does have a bit of heft, I'd have confidence using this like a bigger, burlier blade. It is very expensive but of course that's all relative; people can make their own judgement. Personally, I'm not disappointed. The sheath is folded Kydex and is well made; there is no hanger/dangler/clip etc though so be aware you'll need to make your own arrangement. Grind is good, edge is good, handle is comfortable (small, but full grip for me). Clearly a quality product.
