Transform your Spyderco UK Penknife!

If you love the UK Penknife, and lets face it who doesn't, then grab yourself a pair of Titanium handle scales, put your FRN in storage and pop on a pair of these beauties. Designed to precisely accommodate the back spring, blade and pocket clip your knife will be elevated to another level that usually costs the earth!

The scales are designed to fit the UKPK with three screw holes. The scales are provided along with a pair of washers. Use the other existing knife hardware to make them fit.

Good but heavier than expected

I like the feel of these scales, I have not fitted them to my knife yet as I want to get a better feel for it before I upgrade it as it is suiting my purposes at the moment, I will probably fit them in Late spring for more versatile use outdoors

Titech Heinnie Titanium handle scales

I’m not a fan of the fibreglass reinforced nylon (FRN) scales, they just feel like cheap plastic too me so I purchased these Titanium handle scales, they give the knife a much better look and feel, it does makes the knife slightly heavier, but I don’t mind that. They’re also quite easy to fit.

These scales are fantastic. They really are a huge improvement over the stock UKPK scales. If you’re thinking about buying these scales stop thinking and start buying because you will not be disappointed.

Really does give a premium feel to an already great knife. The scales make it feel more robust and sturdy. Very quick delivery from HH as usual

Brass Washers

I have a few sets of these scales now but the set I recently received from the new batch includes brass washers over the phosphor bronze washers which were included with my previous ones. Brass isn’t ideal as it a softer material which corrodes easier than phosphor bronze and has a higher friction coefficient. They may not cause any issues for most people but it still seems like a confusing compromise to possibly save a small amount of money over sourcing phosphor bronze washers. Other than this I can’t fault the scales they definitely give the UKPK the premium feel it deserves.

highly recommended, but please be aware, the original Spyderco screw heads are not perfectly concentric, to be able to fit them perfectly, the screw head's diameter needed to be grinded. This is not the issue of the scales, that's perfect.
