Description

The SRM Mecha 9225 Folding Knife is where cutting-edge design meets practical functionality. This knife stands out with its aesthetically pleasing skeletonized handle, crafted from durable G10, which not only reduces weight but also perfectly complements the sleek, modern look of the blade. The blade itself features double angular thumb holes, allowing for versatile, smooth opening with either hand.

Adding to its unique design is an anodized pocket clip, providing both style and secure carry. The extended tang forms a convenient lanyard hole, offering additional versatility and carry options. The SRM Mecha 9225 is more than just a knife—it's a statement piece that combines form and function in one striking package.

SRM 9225 a seriously good front flipper

Posted by Sarah on 22nd Jun 2025

Lightweight, good steel (14C28N); a good smooth action and three opening options. What's not to like?! I disagree with the idea of two thumb holes for opening, the second is only there for aesthetics but makes its point in that function. The blue anodising accents on the pivot ring and pocket clip are pleasing (to me) and the different G10 colours make it stand out from the crowd but not in an aggressive way. This is a nice knife for an EDC rotation I just wish they, (SRM) had carried on the jumping a bit further forward on the spine of the blade. For this price it's hard to say no. Well done again SRM!
