Spyderco Sage 6 Carbon Push Button
Although I have the Sage 5 Carbon, as soon as I saw the Sage 6 carbon with the push button release I just had to have it. It is basically the same as the Sage 5 carbon but the presence of the button release makes it so much easier to operate with the thumb. The lock up on opening is secure and can be trusted in the hardest use circumstances and pushing the release button does just that, there is enough drag on the lock bar and pivot bearings so that the blade doesn’t swing closed although this can be adjusted on the pivot screw. I got the CPM S30V version as the S90V was out of stock, it is still a great steel and is easy to maintain. I carry this knife while at home at the moment instead of my PM2, I love it ?
