SOG Seal Pup Fixed Blade

I was disappointed with this knife,I'd always liked the design but this is smaller than it looks in the photos,really slim small blade.

So far so good extremely sharp straight out the box not had chance to use out in the field yet. Only thing I could say is it was a bit smaller than I thought it would be and wish I had gone for the next one in the range. Outstanding knife the Aus8 steel takes a wicked edge and holds it well along with being as tough as as knife twice its thickness in a more common steel. This is purely a combat knife in reality not just in the obvious profile of the blade but also the serrated section is designed for cutting organic matter and struggles with most synthetic materials unlike most other serrated blades , although it will function as a survival knife its really not suited to the tasks of the wildernes will suit urban environment fine. Superb for use in a wet environment as you would expect the grip is the best thought out shape and pattern I've personally encountered. In a nutshell this is a bombproof CQC knife that also sticks true when thrown nice addition to any collection!

Got this whilst it was on sale. Bargain! Arrived within a couple of days even over Christmas. How do HH manage it? Initial thoughts on looking at it in its indestructible packaging was that it looked a bit small but once I got it out it fits in the hand just right, has a nice weight to it, is sharp out of box and comes with a useful sheath. Everything you want from a knife.

I am a big fan of this knife. It came very sharp, and the nylon sheath is of high quality. I bought it on here for £50 but I would still pay £75 for one. The knife is medium sized but fits well in the hand. SOG upgraded everything from the model of two years ago. You can depend on this knife. I bought this knife and some other stuff on Friday the 29th of November, and received the package Monday the 2nd of December!! (From UK to DK). Quick e-mail correspondence from the staff, and very good prices on their products. This company is second to none.

So this was on sale for a couple of days for 43quid! Saw it, my son had been eyeballing it for ages so I bought it for Xmas for him. It came the next day (fantastic service H.H) he and I are very impressed with this super sharp very sleek looking knife! Sheath looks good too lots of mounting options. Now there must have been either lots of interest or none because it did not stay on offer very long! Went to order one for myself because was that impressed with it and it had gone back up to full price! Whoa is me.
