It’s a boring looking knife and a bit stiff to deploy but as has been said previously easy to make razor sharp and for less than £10 it’s great value

    Unbelievable for the price!

I ordered one of these on a whim for my gardening work and I am so glad I did. I cannot fathom how well made this knife is considering it costs less than ten pounds. the handles are plastic with brass liners and work very well. The blade came workably sharp and just needed a strop to get it perfect. The back spring is perfectly weighted and is stronger than my normal victorinox pen knives. for the price I feel really daft for not having picked one of these up sooner!, I might accidentally order myself another one when I have had a few beers later.

    Imperial sodbuster small

Great little knife for nine quid. Fit and finish perfectly acceptable. Usably sharp from the box, and sharpens up well. Don't expect a knife of this price to hold it's edge particularly well, but should be quick to resharpen. Bought two of these, a black and a yellow.

I have both sizes of this classic knife, large and small. Great quality and extremely good value for money. A proper honest down to earth tool. Highly recommended.

Out of the box a bit dull , gritty action .followed advice on youtube how to clean new knives. Warm water soap toothbrush clean all around pivot, dry off use wd40 all around moving parts. Will evaporate overnight . Wipe down couple drops oil .work blade action open & close plenty of times I mean 100.now action excellent couple of strokes on my ceramic sharpener like a scalpel. Great value if your prepared to spe nd an hour or two you will have a knife expecting to pay £30 for. I do this with all my new slipjoint works every time just put in a bit of effort

    Solid knife.

Based on the Case Sod Buster which in turn is based (I belive) off a traditional German knife, this Imperial knife is really good value for money. No blade wobble, excellent finish etc Work sharp out of the box. It feels pleasingly robust in hand and well made. The snap is good - it goes back in with quite a bite, so be mindful of your digits. It's a great little work knife. I would like to add a Soligen version into my collection at some point, as a mean time this is great. Nice add on to a HH order and an ideal knife for me to learn how to sharpenen blades effectively. If you like what you see in the pics, go for it it's a really good knife. Thank you.

Considering the price of this little knife I was impressed with the quality. Great for the price.

If I ever lose this knife I won't hesitate to reorder from you. But don't hold your breath cos I've had my other pocket knife since 1984 and it's still in good condition. Let's hope this one lasts as long.
