Description

The Samurai blade edge has gone down in history as one of the sharpest in human history. Samura have this tradition deeply embedded into their DNA.

The Samura Utility Bamboo knife is the most commonly used knife in the kitchen and a must for every aspiring chef. It is able to perform a broad spectrum of actions in the absence of specialized knives, from cutting bread, sausage, and cheese to processing vegetables and fruits. A one-piece blade of high-quality steel with a high content of molybdenum and vanadium is insusceptible to corrosion, durable and maintenance-friendly.

The Samura Utility Bamboo knife is available with a 12.5 or 15 cm blade.

    Samura Utility Bamboo

My 3rd one of this series so I guess I like them :) Come very sharp, they're light so that may not be to everyones taste but for general home use they're ideal with the added bonus that you know they're clean as there's nowhere for food etc to get into

Has to be one of the sharpest but lightest knives we have ever used.
