The Samura Butcher Paring Knife is a solid little "Jack of all Trades" in the kitchen, both professional and domestic. The blade is AUS8 Stainless Steel so retains an edge very nicely.
The handle is rubberised TPE which gives an excellent grip even in a sweaty working environment.

For the price, you cannot go wrong. Mine came wicked sharp out the box and seems to hold an edge pretty well. Have yet to try sharpening it.
