Add to BasketLike all Rosecraft knives this has immaculate fit and finish and crisp action. It is my favourite of the four Rosecraft knives I own because it has a broad usable blade and gorgeous red deer horn covers. Contrary to the earlier review, mine has quite a light pull (maybe a 6) though still has a secure amount of tension in the open and half-stop positions.
I’ve purchased several Rosecraft knives in the past and always been happy with them. The Nolichucky looks good, it’s sharp “out of the box” and fits well in my hand but there is a problem… This knife is very, very stiff, so much so that I’ve had to buy an knife opener for the first time. I’ve oiled it, opened and closed it hundreds of times in the hope it’ll get easier but to no avail Such a shame as it looks and feels good but is practically useless. Nobody wants an EDC that they can’t open.and at just under £90 it’s not cheap for a Rosecraft. As usual HH’s service and delivery is great
