The RoseCraft Blades Beaver Creek Barlow Red Barnboard Jigged Bone features a D2 Sheepsfoot blade with a brushed satin finish. It’s 2.7mm thick and has a half stop. This one-bladed traditional slip joint features brushed steel bolsters with the Locking ‘RC’ mark and steel liners. The covers are genuine Red Barnboard Jigged Bone. This is the first classic jigging pattern offered by RoseCraft. Designed by Andy Armstrong.
The pattern 6 Beaver Creek Barlow is the all-time best-selling RoseCraft traditional slip joint pattern. It was originally with Bourbon Bone covers and has also appeared with Smoky Gray Bone, Bora Bora Blue Bone, and Genuine Stag covers.
Bone is a natural handle material that varies in texture, pattern, and natural colouring. Every bone handled knife will look different, because bone isn’t identical. RoseCraft don’t use dye to cover up what they think is the natural beauty of the bone in the handle. They use it to accentuate that natural beauty, and this may cause lighter or darker areas where the bone is hafted into the front bolster. This is part of what makes your knife unique.
The blade is non-locking and under 7.6cm long so the knife is legal to carry in the UK at the owners discretion.
