A Rockstead blade is the product of many painstaking weeks continuous polishing and refining. The steel is one of the hardest ever made into a knife so whilst the hard work creating the blade is necessary the results are unsurpassed by any other knife manufacturer.
The Rockstead Don Silver Koi is a fixed blade knife with a ZDP189 stainless steel blade with a Rockwell hardness level of 66.2. ZDP189 is a powder steel meaning it has an inherent strength and density.
The handle is an attractively sculpted piece of ebony with a silver cast Koi figure embellishment. The end cap and the crossguard are Titanium. It is supplied with a wood grain micarta sheath, a traditional wooden display box and a certificate of authenticity. All Rockstead knives are individually numbered.
