Powerful full-tang wilderness knife

The Mora Garberg (S) is a robust wilderness knife that meets all needs. The full tang runs through the handle, with an exposed section at the back for batoning wood, striking sparks, or scraping. The 3.2 mm thick blade made of Swedish stainless steel has a sharpened spine compatible with fire starters. The knife has a comfortable, molded handle with a finger guard and a Dala-patterned friction grip. The polymer knife sheath is suitable for both right and left-handed users and includes a belt loop.

Swedish stainless steel with a Scandi Grind edge

Garberg with polymer sheath (S) features a 3.2 mm thick blade made of Swedish stainless steel (14C28N). After heat treatment in the knife factory in Mora, the blade reaches a hardness of 58 HRC. The stainless steel is durable, has high edge retention, and requires little maintenance.

    I have the black version of the Garberg in stainless and carbon already but had to grab the green version. The version i purchased was the stainless which is in 14c28n steels and cyro treated for optimum strength. For the price you wont get better for the money in my opinion and I have a knife collection of 125+ knives now. Very tough blade with decent edge retention and corrosion resistance and has a amazing spark throwing spine. I have L/XL hands and the handle is so comfy its awsum. Sheath is plastic with a small detachable leather dangler and a great fit when the knife is inserted with a click into place. 100% a great knife and a great price being in stainless or carbon. Hennie have great delivery times and customer service so purchase from them all the time.
