The MKM Miura is the 2022 Blade Show Imported Knife of the Year award and for good reason. Ground breaking design and efficient use of materials made it a stand out folder that deserves all the attention it gets. It occupies a unique position in the knife making industry thanks to its use of a button lock in combination with an integral handle. One piece of titanium, in a choice of plain, blue or bronze anodisation, is crafted into a handle with a button lock and pivot cut into the material. A pocket clip is also attached.
The blade is a practical reverse tanto shape and made from Bohler M390 microclean stainless steel. It opens smoothly and crisply via the ambidextrous thumb studs.
