The handle pairs OD green aluminium with black G10 on a common pivot: the two sections close together to form a single grip when the blade is open and fold apart to protect the blade when closed.
Incorporated into this ingenious design is a back lock mechanism and a secondary lock pin can be removed from the butt end of the handle and screwed into the pivot for a rock-like lock system.
