The Italian made Maserin Tegi Steak Knife is a kitchen knife with a laser-cut blade in a steel with a high content of Carbon for cut and hardness, and with Chromium that makes the steel 'stainless', also with Molybdenum which increases protection against oxidation and with Vanadium which increases the duration of the edge. The special tempering process with nitrogen gives the blade a 58 HRC Rockwell hardness.
