Kershaw Shuffle Blackwash Folding Knife 18

When I thought I’d lost this knife I was gutted. I really like the way it looks and it’s ok in use. In reality it’s a bit c**p. The clip broke very early in its life and removing it means the screws were a bit lose. The bottle opener takes a certain knack to open a beer bottle at least as it’s not quite the right depth. The screw driver is too big to deal with most screws and finally the blade is very brittle so I ended up snapping it whilst cutting a vine when I twisted it. And it’s a great size as an EDC except it’s not UK legal. Despite that I’ll probably buy a replacement as I think it looks great with the purple scales, it was very sharp out of the box and I did find it useful. I don’t think even Forged in Fire do a strength test by twisting whilst cutting a vine so I’ll put that down to user error…

In my eyes original is always an original.. The newer model has a tanto blade and it doesn’t work for me with such a small knife.. this one is to my taste, and the blackwash finish is just what it needed to be 5/5.. Sharpness could be better, but after a modest strop it was okay.. In my opinion, it’s almost a multitool - a bottle opener and a pry bar are both well made.!

I bought 2 of these, one in green and one in blue. The green was a gift and my friend is really happy with it. I have the blue one, i had an issue where the screws came out of the bottom of the frame. But after contacting the customer services it was rectified and a new knife was sent out. The knife is really sharp out if the box. mine shaves hair off. Really happy with the quality and feel of the knife. for £12 is a great deal.

This is an excellent little EDC knife with bottle opener for the money and mine came in perfect condition.

Just received my purple Kershaw and what a bad experience, missing screws from the top were the bottle opener is, and even the other screws that are present weren't well installed. I know this isn't a top buy, but didn't expect to be this bad. Maybe I was unlucky, because the purchase was 2 equal Shuffles and the other seems ok.
