The KarrimorSF Odin 75 Litre mission pack uses a modern design with a single main compartment storage area and additional storage location on the lid, sides and front. An A4 folder may be stowed in the pocket located on the front or back of the bag. Additional pouches may be attached by using the side PLCE zips & MOLLE system with webbing present on the sides, front & internal. Multiple exit ports are provided for radio antennas, headset cables and hydration system hoses.
Externally the MOLLE compatible hip belt is removable and shoulder straps have a quick release buckle. The Size Adjustable (SA) back system is also present allowing on the move distribution of weight between the shoulders and hips (when the hip belt is attached). Back length differences are also accommodated by adjusting the SA system. The frame bars can be bent to accommodate specific individual’s backs if necessary (for example in cases of previous back injuries). A rain cover is included within the base pocket.
Main fabric is KS500e. KS500e is a 500 Denier Nylon fabric coated with a Silicone/PU elastomer for improved tear strength and flex resistance. Finished with a fluorocarbon durable water repellent (DWR) which adds water resistance to the fabric. Camouflage models are manufactured from 500D Infra-Red Reflective (IRR) fabric.
