Add to BasketLet me start off by saying I'm a big fan of ka-bar knives. Ka-bar usually make high quality knives but this isn't one of them. It's very lightweight but feels cheap and tacky. It's stiff opening making it impossible to open with one hand. You have to untighten the screw to the point It's barely threaded. Releasing the lock the blade grinds. The coating has been ground off on the joint to make the blade open and close. To many things wrong with it for me to like.
This is one of the cheapest knives in my collection. it's simple and pretty unimpressive looking but for some reason I just can't put it down. Its so light and feels fantastic in the hand, Grip on the handle is great, blade although short is solid and thick. It's perfect for small tasks in the garden or opening boxes and parcels. It wouldn't be my knife of choice for the apocalypse but I love it and don't regret buying it one bit. Certainly out performs a lot of my more expensive folders.
