    John Nowill 6” Bowie

Posted by Dave Of The Woods on 28th Feb 2022

This is a solid, well made British knife, that does honour to the Sheffield cutler’s trade. A true traditional that has performed at work in the woods & gardens of South Oxfordshire admirably; matching any of its modern counterparts and at a very good price. Traditional knives, mostly being carbon steel require cleaning and oiling after use. Mine is being extensively used, exclusively outdoors, lately in the wet most of the time, and as with any cared for tool it remains rust free, with only the dull patina of general use upon the blade. As it should be. Thank you John Nowill & Thank you Heinnie Haynes. Fantastic tool & professional service.
