The Hinderer Firetac is a reintroduction of the custom version that first saw the light of day sixteen years ago. Like all good designers Rick Hinderer's design process learns from previous models and as such the Firetac owes a lot to the XM18. You'll notice larger handle screws, a subtly different design with the standoffs and the addition of a hardened steel lockbar insert. Like all Hinderer's knives, the Hinderer Firetac Spanto OD Stonewash is a tough working tool that is highly sought after within the knife using community with a OD green G10 handle and 20CV stainless steel, stonewash blade. Accessory is included to help with one handed opening.
