Fox Vulpis 4 Scissor Titanium Penknife Folding Knife 18

I've used both the Swiss makes for over 40 years. Have always wished for a better blade steel. Now fox have picked up on that need. Hair splitting sharpness out of the box. Blade bang on center. Scissor better than Swiss makes. Half stops on blades. This is my new EDC. I'm genuinely surprised by the quality.

A very nice little pocket knife that is well proportioned, made of premium materials and has a range of features. A few little things let it down from being perfect, the rivets are not recessed and so stand proud with minute gaps and what look like tiny splits that have caught onto hairs and fibres. The blade is a nice shape but feels a little too stout , perhaps the edge is too obtuse. The ends of the screwdrivers on the bottle opener & can opener are really fine to the point of being sharp, I suspect they will be fragile. A few gaps that light shine through. For the price I guess it’s fine. Bought to replace a victorinox Alox cadet, prob would have been happier with the cadet.

Very nicely put together knife, a rare opportunity to own a small but top notch pocket knife made from M390, titanium .the blade has good spring a half stop. At 2.25 " it is very useful as are the cap lifter, can opener, and a good pair of scissors which has a nail nick to open which is a bit hidden but easy once you have tried it a few times, needs a good nail, The only thing that I would say is that the half stop on the can opener is pointless as the screw driver is small and the can opener is sharp making it necessary to pull out not push which is hard, I found a push at the base and a pull at the top works okay, Over all very well made and great finish ,the best small EDC I have found. To good to be on a key ring, a boker boy scout leather pouch fits well, I have taken off the split ring a fitted a small nylon cord wood bead lanyard. Non scratchin looking this good you wouldn't want to scratch it,would recommend if you are looking for a small high quality knife, thanks to H&H for great service.

This is a very nice and well made UK pocket carry knife. I bought it as I like a small light knife and really like it to include decent scissors, which this does. The quality of finish is very good with the titanium scales having a very good consistent matt finish and the blades a real mirror finish. Both the main blade and the scissors are very sharp. The main blades open easily and crisply, though the thumbnail recess for the scissors blade could be more accessible. A nice item with a real quality feel to it.
