The CRKT Squid collection of folding knives are the work of popular designer Lucas Burnley of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Based on the concept of a compact carry, they are designed to be small in size and big on ability. Until now, that is.
This Squid XM is bigger and bolder than the original, taking the size up towards the 'extra medium' bracket of folding knife and adding to its versatility. This model also strays away from the original frame lock to a fidget friendly button lock. The 7.5cm D2 Steel blade is finished with a black oxide coating - about 2cm longer than the original - and G10 handle scales.
