    Top blade

Posted by Ben on 12th May 2018

    An unstoppable blade.
Capable on every job that you can throw at it in the bush.
I bought this as a gift but have used a couple myself and never been disappointed.
I got the Micarta handle as it tends to behave better in wet conditions, particularly on river expeditions.
The leather sheath is useful - but I'll have a Kydex one made so it behaves better in the wet.
    Sharp from the box.
    A very well balanced knife.
    Worth every penny.
    Easy to maintain.
great work from Condor and HH as usual.

    Condor Bushlore Micarta

    Posted by Paul.T on 14th May 2013

Bought this knife over the phone at 2pm, arrived next day at 9am. Well done Heinnie. The knife arrived with a slightly dull edge, but this was easily sorted within a few minutes. Put the knife to use straight away and it did not disappoint. Very sturdy knife, able to cope well with most tasks, very good alrounder. Highly recommended. For the price it bats well above its weight.

    Top value bushcrafter.

Posted by Tony Beresford on 26th Jan 2013

Having read & viewed many reviews looking for a clssic Ray Mears design bushcraft knife I went for this.
Top bushcraft/survial experts such as Dave Canterbury recommend the Condor. As the wooden one received bad comments for it's finish I went for the Micarta. I will say first impressions of this knife are very good. You have to hold one to realy apprieciate how the handle feels, it is excellent & the grip is also very secure. The finish of the knife is first class. The shape of the blade makes a great allround bushcraft knife, the grind is very even plus very sharp out the box. The knife is well ballanced in the hand. The leather sheath is top notch. I will use this along side my Down Under Outback which is better suited to the bigger chopping jobs. Together they are a good team & will handle all that is thrown at them. I am only a weekend bushcrafter but have collected knives since to 1960's so I think I can spot a good un when I see one!
I highly recommend both of these knives.
