Great solid feel, as all condor blades, sharp, smart and great at cutting meat and bone,
It is a great medium knife. Ideal for camp food preparation. Sharp and ready right from the box. Great knife!!
Brilliant knife, for a great price , i think even the sheath alone is worth the asking price , it came quick , was razor sharp out of the box , and so far has served me well , the only thing i was slightly not keen on was the straight handle , BUTS THATS MY PERSONAL PREFERENCE . Overall a brilliant knife for bushcraft / survival , and brilliant for the price
i wanted a basic bushcraft blade that was not very expensive but was made of good materials so after looking for a while i found this . the knife itself is great it came very sharp and holds an edge very well however the handle ( for me at least ) is a bit uncomfortable with prolonged use . the sheath is great i wouldn't expect a sheath this good on a knife that is twice the price overall if your after a cheap no frills bushcraft knife that wont let you down you cant go far wrong with this
As others have said, this is a great upgrade from the moras. What is surprising is that it has incredible edge for slicing, it is possible to put an edge on this knife that is so sharp that the weight the blade alone is enough to cut through the tomato. I do not necessarily find the hand that comfortable compared to my other knives when using it for extended periods of time, but there is a simple elegance that is understated with this knife that makes it a must have. For those of you which like the look of the Tops BOB, consider this as a low-cost alternative, I have both of these knives and although there are different, they have a number of similarities. I definitely recommend this knife for anyone considering it, the sheath alone makes it a smart choice, and you will not be disappointed.
Very good knife at very reasonable price. New version is even better than old one some years ago, for the entire knife belly was sharpened unlike on previous. Sheath fits fine and holding knife securely
This is a tradtional knife, well made, nicely finished, comes with a good "ready to work" edge. The handle is more comfortable than it looks. The scabbard is a bit of a mystery. It is obviously of good quality, embossed with an attractive, though rather flamboyant Condor. Snag is, it is plainly designed for a much bigger knife. It will take a broad bladed, 7 inch Bowie. If you put this knife into it, it will just fall out. Order one SH211 for a perfect fit.
Tony, your right its a big sheath. But mine wouden't fall out. The sheath hold the knive tight and the handle goes in deep. Very secure and save. I think we have the same scabbard like on the picture!
Cheap, simple in design, excellent bushcraft tool. No problems with the leather sheath?
