I've liked the look of this for years now, and always held off because of the sub hilt,, thinking I wouldn't like it, or have to cut it off,,.. But after finally getting this knife, I'm absolutely a fan of the sub hilt, and the way it makes the whole knife feel in your hand.. !! I highly recommend this knife, and may do an update on this review, after I've sharpened the clip, to make it a true Bowie knife..
