In fact, it really has to be seen to be appreciated, since mere words just don’t do it justice. It features a long, heavy blade made from 4034 stainless steel, which is flat ground to produce incredible cutting power and perfect balance. The rich black linen Micarta handle is as tough as it is beautiful. It is specially contoured to fit the hand like a glove and to provide a positive grip.
Each Laredo Bowie is supplied with a Secure-Ex sheath to protect the blade.

Add to BasketThis is a very high quality knife, extremely well made, a good strong blade and a full tang with a handle that does the job perfectly, large enough for my large hands. My only observation is that the handle could be better shaped, more thought put into the way it sits in the hand would not go amiss, but it still does the job and the knife is well balanced despite the large thick blade. Razor sharp out of the box, the clip is also very sharp, be careful of that.

I've wanted a Laredo Bowie for years, but couldn't justify the cost of the San Mail version,, so this one is absolutely perfect for me,,. The fit and finish is great,, I'm a very happy bunny,, I'm due to attend my friend's duel on the local sandbar, in a couple of weeks time, so I'll probably take this with me, in case things get out of hand,,, A great knife, which will obviously come in handy, if my flintlock pistol fails again,, Seriously tho'. I highly recommend this knife....
