Order before 4pm, December 23rd

Summary: This year, we're shipping right up until Wednesday 24th December, however keep in mind the following important dates if you need items in time for Christmas.

Orders placed before the 4:00pm cut off right up until December 23rd will be dispatched in time for Christmas, be sure to select 'next day delivery' at the checkout to get it the following day - however please note that while we can ensure the items are shipped on time - delivery is made by a third party courier service (such as DPD, DHL or UPS) and so we are not able to guarantee the delivery time.

Here you’ll find helpful information regarding our last postage dates prior to Christmas and how Heinnie Haynes’ dispatch warehouse will operate between Christmas and the New Year. 

Please note that all deliveries are made by third party couriers and so whilst we expect the vast majority of orders to ship and deliver on time, we cannot guarantee any delivery service. This is true for all retailers and at any point of the year, but is all the more important to note during the busy holiday rush.

The good news though is that we can usually offer you a choice of couriers for your order. Therefore you can choose the one that best suits you at checkout. This includes the ability to choose an Access Point where you can visit a local shop at a time of your choosing to collect your item. 

Last Shipping Dates Before Christmas

Orders can be placed right up until 4:00pm on Tuesday 23rd and we will be dispatching same day, but be sure to select “next day delivery” at the checkout so that you can expect your order the following day, in time for Christmas.

• Orders placed after 4:00pm on Tuesday 23rd will be shipped the following day Wednesday 24th. You can expect these to be delivered from Monday 29th onwards.

• The Heinnie Haynes Warehouse will be closed for Christmas and Boxing day and will re-open as usual Monday 29th. Any orders placed between the 25th and Monday 29th will be dispatched upon re-opening on the 29th and delivery can be expected as usual from that point.

Last Shipping Dates Before The New Year

Orders can be placed right up until 3:00pm on Friday 29th. We will be shipping as normal, but be sure to select “Saturday Delivery” at checkout so that you can expect your order the following day*.

• Orders placed after 4:00pm on Wednesday 31st will be shipped upon reopening on Friday January 2nd
• As of Friday January 2nd, Heinnie operations will resume as normal, and our regular speedy dispatch will be fully resumed.

Custom Service Open Hours

Heinnie HQ will be open as normal throughout the holiday period except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day. We’re here to help right up until 5:00pm on Christmas Eve (24th), and we’ll be back in action on Monday 29th at 9:00am.

• Open as usual until Tuesday 24th December, 2:00pm – Our team will be available via phone and email for any queries or order help.
• Closed: Wednesday 25th December – Christmas Day Thursday 26th December – Boxing Day
• Reopening: Monday 29th December, 9:00am – Normal service resumes.
• Closed: Thursday 1st January – New Year’s Day
• Reopening: Friday 2nd January, 9:00am - from this point it's business as usual
