The handle fits in to my medium sized hand nicely. My forefinger fits snug in the choil & my thumb on the gimping. I like drop point blades & its length is just right for jobs around the house & garden. The blade was not sharp OTB but I soon put that right. The leather sheath it comes with is excellent.
