Used this for a few applications in work and outside and it's very well made and super comfy, leather has darkened down in the last year and looks lovely.
I imagine the excessive use of velcro makes this impractical for security and the like. Indeed, knives are not really shoulder-holster material, so this is just a toy for your amusement. I got this with the 'Boker Applegate Knife', which is actually probably the Boker Applegate-Fairbairn 2 (else the differences are negligible). It works fine, a little tricky to navigate at first, definitely not able to affix as shown in the picture with the Applegate's stock holster (much lower down, making a left hand on left side draw easier but right hand draw harder). I feel this product could quite easily be a lot more resilient. However, if you for some reason want a holster for one of the Boker Applegate knives, which are pretty fantastic, you have another option, here. Fiddly, but not bad.
