Charles de Buyer takes the bull by the horns and sends the Boker Plus Tavros (Greek for bull) into the arena as a spirited fixed blade. The French knifemaker from Opus Knives, now living in Canada, sees his passion more as an art and places particular emphasis on the details. With a progressive design, a Persian-style blade made from D2 with a satin finish and black G10 handle scales, the fixed blade is already impatiently pawing the ground. The silhouette of the blade is reminiscent of the horns of a bull, while the tear-shaped cut-out, typical of the designer, provides the evil eye.
Only demanding cutting tasks provide the symbolic red rag for the Tavros and unleash its full potential. The ergonomic recesses on the handle, the full-length tang and the snug thumb rest guarantee a comfortable hand position as well as maximum stability and safety during use. A lanyard hole is also provided at the end of the handle for attaching lanyards, and each is Tavros includes a form fitted Kydex sheath.

The blade style gives a huge belly, Excellent for so many cutting jobs with a good piercing point. The Kydex sheath holds the knife securely with no rattles and it has an excellent spring steel belt clip. For the price you can't go wrong, it's a steal!
Boker Plus Tavros Stunning small knife from Boker. De Buyer has designed a beautiful piece. D2 razor-sharp steel with a point to match with this Persian-shaped upswept blade. It's grinding and swedge with cut out eye looks awesome! Full tang and a nice thickness too. The handle has good shaped G10 scales with a subtle contoured and textured finish. My hand fits into and around the knife handle due to the overall shape. Nice lanyard hole. The whole look, finish, balance and feel is excellent! The knife comes with a good quality, tough Kydex sheath with metal belt clip. Give a number of carry options. A work of art and high level craftsmanship. I continue to be a huge Boker fan and a huge Heinnie Haynes fan. Very pleased.
