I bought this knife just over 12 months ago and in that period I have put it through its paces processing both large and small game and every day tasks. With this knife I can comfortably process two to three Roe Deer from start to finish without needing to use the sharpener, even after contacting bone. The knife arrived razor sharp and holds an superb edge even after splitting rib cages on large deer. It is incredibly easy to sharpen, it looks good feels good and was an excellent purchase with an excellent service. I own many knives but this has to be one of my favourites in my collection . A superb purchase for any one who use and demand high standards from their knives on a daily basis.
