Black Fox Kit Folding Knife 18

Received this lovely little knife and was extremely happy with it! Seems like a good work horse although after a few days I’ve noticed some rust spots on the blade which is pretty weird?

Whilst my husband was delighted to receive his new knife (the first in many years), he was disappointed that the thumb hole in the blade neither matched the shape or location of the cutout on the handle!!! How could the designers of such an otherwise great little knife get such an important functional and aesthetic detail so wrong!!!!!!!!!!!

Really like this little knife. I love small knives I barely notice when I'm carrying but that can still live up to occasional tough use and this definitely fits the bill. Very small size although still quite chunky. Thick blade and wide handle make for good cuts and a secure grip even on such a small knife. Grippy scale on one side (although disappointing it's not both sides but that's just my preference. I feel like the all steel side just adds unnecessary weight as it's actually a bit of a heavy knife for such a small size). Came incredibly sharp out of the box, sharpest knife I've had in so many years! A little awkward to get one handed opening down but with a little practise I've found a Spidey flick works nicely. One major downside for me though, is that the screws on the pocket clip have been tighten far too tight. One of the screws won't budge and the other actually came already with the thread so worn down that nothing will fit in it. This is super annoying for me as I don't like pocket clips and always remove them. I'm guessing I was just very unlucky and that this isn't standard, and I'm sure I could return it for a replacement if I wanted but I don't think it's worth the hassle for a £20 knife. Which is an incredibly good price for what seems like a very high quality knife so far. My only issue is the pocket clip screws plus maybe the fact it's a little heavy for the size other than that it's a wonderful knife so I still highly recommend it. Super fast delivery as always.

Love this knife, it can be opened with one hand if you pop the blade first using your thumb and index finger, then flick open with thumb. It has a nice size choil so when closing it wont cut your finger. Solid and well built. Great service from HH.

I knew it was going to be small, but somehow I was still surprised by how squat it was when I opened the box. Does a good job of cutting, though.

Bought this after my Bokers spring snapped. Tiny but useful little knife well made with a quality clip. Could be used as a money clip. Blade is wide and sharp but thumbhole Will fill with food if used for chopping. I always liked those stupid little Molle knives and this is way better. The handle could be slightly bigger and you may want a 15cm long knife if you have large hands. Ive put a small loop of paracord through the end of the clip which helps with the handle length. Can easily be clipped under a belt. I like this a lot - recommended.
